    Adding or removing a Fuel Vendor for an Agency

    Fuel Vendors are managed by the State Administrator. 

    For a Fuel Vendor to be available for selection in the Client > Energy Consumption screen, it must be first added to the system as an available vendor and then associated with the Agency (ies).

     

    To Add a New Fuel Vendor to the System:

    1) Log into the WAP Online interface as a System Administrator.

    2) Select General Information > Fuel Vendor

    3) Click '+' at the bottom of the Fuel Vendor page.

    4) Enter in the fuel vendor details. Please select the Fuel Type.  

    If a vendor supplies multiple fuel types, please enter in multiple vendors, one for each fuel type.

    5) Click 'Save'.

     

    To Add the Fuel Vendor to an Agency :

    Once a fuel vendor is added to the system, please Associate it with an Agency. This will enable the Agency users to select from this vendor when entering in Energy Consumption.

    1) Log into the WAP Online interface as a System Administrator.

    2) Select General Information > Agency Coverage

    3) Click the "Fuel Vendor" tab.

    4) Click '+' at the bottom of the Fuel Vendor tab.

    Select the Agency Short name (if you are unsure what the agency short name is, please see 

    GENERAL INFORMATION > Agency )

    Select the Name of the Fuel Vendor.

    5) Click 'Save'

    Repeat for all Agencies who need to use the Fuel Vendor.

     

    To Remove a Fuel Vendor:

    1) Log into the WAP Online interface as a System Administrator.

    2) Select General Information > Fuel Vendor 

    3) Search for the Fuel Vendor.  

    4) Select Edit

    Click 'Inactive'

    5) Select 'Save'

    The fuel vendor will no longer be available for selection.
