    How do I update my user information or password?



    Once logged into the Hancock Energy Efficiency Cloud portal, users can modify their information by clicking on the User icon or their username in the upper right-hand side of the page.  In this example, the user can click on the person outline or on the word Meghan:



    How do I change my email address phone number or address?

    After clicking on the Username or Person icon in the top menu bar, users can modify the following fields: 

    Full Name:   (The Display name within the system)
    Phone 1:
    Phone 2:

    Simply edit the information and click Save to modify the data.


    How do I change my password?

    After clicking on the Username or the Person icon in the top menu bar, you will see a "Change Password" button on the upper right. 

    Click "Change Password" and you will be prompted to enter in your existing password and then enter your new password.



    Can I modify my login or username?


    No. At this time, usernames cannot be modified by the logged in users.


    What if I forgot my password?

    Please contact your program administrator and they can reset it for you. If you do not have contact information for your program administrator, please enter in a support ticket and our team would be happy to help.
