    Can't Log In Using Internet Explorer or in Internet Explorer clicking Forgot Password results in error


    In IE10 and IE11, after clicking "Login" the login button will disappear and cycle back with the password field blank.

    It may seem as if the login did not succeed.  


    If you click Forgot Your Password, you see the '404-File or directory not found' message.


    To fix the log in problem you are having, please add your Hancock url to your browser's compatibility view list.


    1. Open Internet Explorer,  go to the Hancock URL to sign in to your site.
    2. Select the Tools button , and then select Compatibility View settings.
    3. Under Add this website, select to add the current page or enter the URL of the site you want to add to the list, and then select Add.
