    Error received when generating a Work Order:  “You have already reached the maximum number of jobs”

    For subscription users, this error is an indicator that the number of jobs which the Assigned Auditor has subscribed to has been exceeded. 

     

    For non-subscription users, including most States and Agencies, this error indicates that the Client Job may have an Audit completed, but the Auditor assignment may be removed from the Audit Info screen. 

    To resolve this error:

    1. Please open Job, click the Audit Info screen, and view the Auditor field.
    2. If the field is empty, please select the appropriate auditor.  Click Save.
    3. You will now be able to create a Work Order.
