    Cannot Click Buttons/Button Not Enabled or Missing Button; Cannot Upload Pictures on Web Application


    Hancock Software requires JavaScript, Pop-ups, and Adobe Flash to run on the Browser.  


    To enable JavaScript on Chrome:

    Google Chrome

    1. Click the Chrome menu icon Menu on the browser toolbar.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. On the "Settings" page, click the Show advanced settings... link.
    4. In the "Privacy" section, click Content settings...
    5. Select Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended) in the "JavaScript" section.
    6. Click Done
      On the same screen, Enable Adobe Flash on Google Chrome:
    7. Under Plugins, Click Manage Individual Plugins
    8. Select Adobe Flash Player, Enable.
      On the Settings Screen Enable Popups on the Log in site 
    9. Under Popups, click Manage Exception
    10. Enter in the login website : E.g.  https://XX.hancocksoftware.com 
    11. Click Done


    This is sometimes reported as "Cannot edit Job" or "Cannot Add Client"  or "Can not upload pictures." The root cause is the same.
