    Follow

In order to gain access to the system, each user is required to have a separate account.

NOTE:  For security reasons, Hancock Support personnel are not allowed to create new usernames or IDs without permission from the state.

To Create a New User account:

    1. Log in to WAP Online as Support/Super User / System Administrator account.
    2. Scroll on Left hand side to Support (near the bottom) select 'User List'.
    3. Select the Plus Sign at bottom of dialogue box.
    4. Complete the user’s required information: User name is the full name, the agency is the sub grantee or grantee the user is associated with, email, and login name is the name used to sign into the system. Other optional information is the address, zip code, fax or phone number.

If applicable, choose a weatherization role for the user: auditor, inspector, and furnace tech or monitor inspector. (To choose multiple roles hold down the command key or alt key, depending on the operating system.)

Selecting Weatherization roles will populate this user in the dropdown fields to be selected when assigning Agency Jobs, Inspections, or installations.

Auditor – Name will show in the pick list for energy auditors at the agency’s audit info screen.
Inspector – Name will show in the pick list for inspectors at the agency’s inspection screen.
Furnace Tech – Name will show in the pick list for furnace techs at the agency’s audit info screen.
Monitor Inspector – Name will show in the pick list at the monitor inspection screen.

    5. Select 'Save'
    6. Verify User on User List is correct.

The user can now login with the assigned login name and the system’s default password.
